Joseph E. Windle

LINCOLN - Joseph E. Windle passed away, Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017. He was 14.
Joseph was born Jan. 28, 2003 in Dover, to William Joseph Windle, Sr. and Banetta Hammond.
He was attending Milford High School and was on the JV football team. Joseph also enjoyed playing basketball. Joseph was full of life, very caring and loved to make others laugh.
Joseph is survived by his parents, Will Windle (Jen) of Hartly and Bonnie Bloom (Steven) of Lincoln; brother, William J. Windle, II; sisters, Celsie Lyrin Windle and Faith Star Hammond Davis; grandfather, Frank Hammond and grandmother, Margaret Windle; step siblings, Jordon (Danai) Marr, Megan Marr, Brandon and Owen Cahall.
Funeral services will be held 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 6 p.m. till service time.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Milford Buccaneers Football Booster, c/o Milford High School, 1019 N. Walnut Street, Milford, DE 19963.
