Jose 'Joe' Domingo Feliciano, 72 FELTON - Jose "Joe" Domingo Feliciano, of Felton, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008, in his home surrounded by his family. He was 72. He was born on Oct. 13, 1935, in Camuy, Puerto Rico, son of the late Vicente and Manuela (Nieves) Feliciano. Mr. Feliciano had worked for Haass Butcher Shop, formerly West Dover Butcher Shop, for over 30 years, retiring in 1998. Prior to that he had worked at the Dover Air Force Base Mortuary for many years. He loved caring for animals and spending time with family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ann (Thomas) Feliciano; daughter, Nancy Cardona; brother Santiago Feliciano and a sister Iris Feliciano. Mr. Feliciano is survived by his significant other of 29 years, Sylvia Moore of Felton; a daughter, Penny Feliciano of Dover; three sons, Alexy Feliciano of Hartford, Conn., Jose Antonio Feliciano of Hartford, Conn., and Paul Owen of Greensboro, Md.; four sisters, Ida, Gloria, Elizabeth and Doris all of Camuy, Puerto Rico; a brother Papo Feliciano of Camuy, Puerto Rico and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
