HARBESON - Johnny Michael Malone of Harbeson died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, at his residence in Harbeson after a lifetime battle with leukemia. He was 27.
Johnny was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church of Lewes; was involved with the Consortium of Rehoboth Beach and was an assembler at the Chimes Workshop in Millsboro.
Johnny was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dolores (Sienia) Malone; and maternal grandparents, John and Marie Hanrahan.
He is survived by his parents John Malone and Miriam "Mimi" (Hanrahan) Malone of Harbeson; two brothers, Jason Malone and Daniel Malone, both of Harbeson; paternal grandfather, John J. Malone of Lewes; an uncle, David Malone, M.D. and his wife Nancy Hykel-Malone, M.D. of Newton Square, Pa.; an uncle, John Hanrahan and his wife Tonie of Georgia; an aunt, Barbara Ann Jarrell and her husband David of Lewes; and an aunt, Diane Farrow and her husband Thomas of Lewes.
Prayer services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins - Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, Pilottown Road, Lewes.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Chimes Delaware, Millsboro Vocational Center, 26582 John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro, DE 19966.
