FELTON - John Foster Barner, of Felton, passed away suddenly, Friday, March 28, 2014, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 56. He was born, September 16, 1957, in Atton, France, to the Late- Torrence & Elaine (Colin) Barner. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a brother, William T. Barner, who passed away in 2009. John has worked for Jiffy Lube, in Dover, for the past 5 years. He was a member of the Camden-Wyoming Moose; and in his free time he loved to go fishing. John is survived by his daughter, Johnna Lynn Barner, with whom he resided; a son-in-law, Clay A. Rosebrooks; a sister, Beatrice A. Barner, of Felton; a brother, Larry D. Barner, of Camden; grandson, Clay A. "Bay-Bay" Rosebrooks, Jr; and his girlfriend, Deanna Hurd, of Harrington. Funeral Services will be 8 p.m., Friday, April 4, 2014, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
