Milford - John E. "Jack" Moore, I, went to be with the Lord Oct. 1, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.
Jack served in the Army National Guard. He worked for Litton Industries and ran a satellite instillation business until his retirement. Through out his life he has played music with many local bands such as Nashville Sounds, The Honey Combs, and Sweet Water Run. Jack enjoyed playing music, fixing electronics, and spending time with his family. One of his favorite things in his life he enjoyed was his little dog "Pupsy."
Jack was the beloved son of John C. Moore and Sarah C. Dill. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Susan; his brother, James H. McFann; his sister, Alice M. Jones; and his grandsons, Randy and Veron Shawn Moore. Loving father to Jack E. Moore, Jr., Shawn and Stella Moore, Rhonda and Erik Sasse, Sonya and Jay Clendaniel and Jason Moore. Loving grandfather to Trinity Legates, Amber Sharp, Jacob Moore, Joseph Moore, Joshua Clendaniel, Michael Moore, Erin Sasse, Amanda Nichols, Matthew Moore, Vivian Sasse, Gabrielle Sasse, Kim Fisher, Jessica Fisher, April Fisher, Todd Fisher; and several great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may pay their respects Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 at 5 p.m. at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Street, Dover.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Camden/Wyoming Moose Lodge. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
