FEDERALSBURG, Md. - Jo Ann Sullivan, of Federalsburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, in her home. She was 64.
Mrs. Sullivan was born Oct. 16, 1942, in Federalsburg, daughter of Rachel Bryant Richardson of Seaford, Del., and the late Andrew Richardson.
She was a graduate of Federalsburg High School, class of 1960.
In addition to being a wife and mother she worked for the Seaford Star and Seaford Leader in sales and marketing.
Mrs. Sullivan attended Gloryland Tabernacle in Denton.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James R. Sullivan, whom she married Sept. 23, 1961; four children and their spouses, Denise Stover and her husband, Mark, of Easton, Cindy Foskey and her husband, Mark, of Federalsburg, Cathy Todd and her husband, Larry, of Fenton, Mo., and Michael Sullivan and his wife, Kim, of Federalsburg; her mother, Rachel Bryant Richardson of Seaford; six grandchildren, Michael Cluley Jr., Storm Sullivan, Candace Todd, Josh Todd, Amber Sullivan, and Kyle Sullivan; two brothers and two sisters-in-law, Andrew and Sherry Richardson of Federalsburg and Bryant and Carol Richardson of Seaford; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Framptom Funeral Home, P.A., Federalsburg, where friends may call one hour earlier. The Rev. Otis Seese will officiate.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Caroline Hospice Foundation Inc., P.O. Box 362, Denton, MD 21629.
