MILFORD - Jessie M. Baumgarner went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two husbands Herbert E. Maloney, Sr. and Paul Baumgarner; one sister and one brother. She is survived by her sons Herbert E. Maloney, Jr. (Rosetta); Kenneth E. Maloney, Sr. (Laraine) and Robert E. Maloney (Tonya); her daughters Debbie Fisher, Theresa L. Brown (Charles) and Kenzel A. Bunting (Richard); many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Milford Community Cemetery, Milford, DE. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Arr. by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford, DE.
