DOVER - Jennifer L. Hughes passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at Nanticoke Hospital. Jennifer was born August 9, 1970 in Wilmington to Nadine Savage McWhite and the late Gary McWhite. She was a free spirit, who enjoyed music, motorcycle riding but especially spending time with her family. Jennifer was a very generous, loving caring soul, she loved all animals and rescued many animals. Jennifer is survived by her mother, Nadine McWhite (Mama1) and Sherry Campbell (Mama 2) both of Dover; children, Anthony McWhite of Bear, Amanda Ohlig of Dover, and Jasmyn Hughes of Harrington; brother, Robert McWhite of N.J.; sister, Layla Cox of Dover; aunt and uncle, Leonard and Dawn Stanwell of Bear; cousin, Mindy Campbell Burd of Magnolia; nephew, Darryl McWhite of Dover; niece, Autumn Gourley of Magnolia; and great nephew, Aiden McWhite. Memorial services will be held 7PM, Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
