MILFORD - Jennifer L. Acton passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 at the University of Pennsylvania. She was 33. Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and most of all her son Karl. She loved going camping, fishing, and having bonfires in the backyard. Her smile could light up a room and her laugh was more contagious than anything. She will be greatly missed by all. She is proceeded in death by her father, Donald Howell; great grandmother, Josephine Gardner; grandmother Dorothy Gardner; grandfathers, Theodore Gardner, Orson Howell, Lloyd Mason; aunt, Patricia Eldridge; and step-grandfathers, Eugene Raddatz & James Hinkle. She is survived by her son, Karl F. Losowski Jr. of Milford, Del.; his father, Karl F. Losowski Sr. of Tipton, Pa.; mother, Linda Crites; & stepfather, Douglas Crites of Church Hill, Md.; grandmother, Jackie Hinkle of Piedmont, Mo.; grandmother, Velma Howell of Ellsinore, Mo.; sister, Alecia Barton of Church Hill, Md.; her children, Daniel, Kate-Lynn, Savannah, Elizabeth, and Liam; stepbrother, Faron of Glena, Md.; his son, Cam,; step sister, Donna & Scott Wienke of Clearwater, Fla., their children, Michael and Nicholas; stepsister, Dana & John Kane of Ridgley, Md.; their children, Jacob and Ashlyn; her adopted sisters/best friends, Karen Sherwood of Milford, Del., Kelley & Jenn Gerrity-Hickman of Camden, Del., their son Carter, Laura Grier of Woodside, Del., her children, Hunter & Garrett, Christa Patterson of Dover, Del.; also countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends across the country and most of all her beloved cat Cleatus Nelson Sapp. Service will be 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Karl's college fund to Karen Sherwood, 20306 Cedar Beach Rd., Milford, DE 19963. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
