DOVER - Jeffrey Williams, of Dover, died Monday, May 16, 2011, at home after a long illness. He was 53. Jeff was born June 21, 1957, in Denver, Colo., to the late Roger and Ruth Williams, Sr. He graduated from Dover High School in 1975. Jeff had worked for Sherwin Williams and was an independent painter, contractor and was currently employed for the past 7 years at the Walmart Distribution Center in Smyrna. Jeff found great joy in fishing, NASCAR, bowling and Sunday lunches at the Chinese Buffet with his best friend Scott, he was also an avid Denver Bronco's fan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, J.M. Williams, Jr.; and his brother, Roger Williams, Jr. He is survived by his sisters, Pat Isenbarger of Enon, Ohio, Ginny Brown of Townsend; and brother Andy Williams of Lancaster, Pa.; sister-in-law, Kay Williams of Dover; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011, at the Townsend VFW, 5695 Summit Bridge Road, Townsend. In keeping with Jeff's wishes burial will be private.
