WILMINGTON - Jeannette M. Legates passed away Dec. 8, 2012 at Emily Bissell Hospital. She was born on Sept. 10, 1932 in Ellendale, Del., daughter of the late Rowland and Virginia (Rogers) Beebee. Jeannette is preceded in death by an infant son in 1952. She is survived by her son, Gerald Legates of Salisbury, Md. Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 17, 2012 in Ellendale Cemetery, Ellendale, Del. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
