CAMDEN - Jean Walston Mullen, passed away on March 15, 2011, at the Milford Hospice Center, Milford. Born on May 5, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Joe Willie and Virginia Walston Jr. She was 62. Funeral Services will be noon, Friday, March 18, 2011, at Whatcoat U.M. Church, Saulsbury Road, Dover, where friends may call from 10 to 11:45 a.m. A Memorial Service will also be noon, Saturday, March 19, 2011, at St. James A.M.E. Zion Church, Park Street, Elizabeth City, N.C., where friends may call two hours prior. Interment will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Elizabeth City, N.C., on Saturday, March 19, 2011. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
