DOVER - Janice C. Coyle passed away Friday, July 5, 2013 in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Janice was born on March 15, 1936, daughter of the late John and Freda (Bowles) Jenkins. She enjoyed her life as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She devoted her life to raising her five children, a love and devotion that continued on to her grand and great-grandchildren. Jan will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul loved by all. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, James Jenkins; and a sister, Mary Lee Jenkins. She is survived by five children, Valarie Pepper and her husband Terry, Robert Coyle and his wife Wendy, Michelle MacLeod, Christopher Coyle and Vanessa Boulous and her husband Paul; grandchildren, Lauren Cusick and her husband Brian, Heather Pepper and her significant other Kevin Imhof, Ashley Coyle, Robert Coyle, Matthew Coyle, Gregory MacLeod, Kyle MacLeod, Rachel MacLeod, Jennifer Newkirk, Cameron Coyle, Elias Boulous and Paul Boulous; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brooklyn Cusick; three sisters, Yolanda Davis and her husband Charles, Sandy Pritchard and her husband Tommy and Mary Lou Hammond all of Ohio; and an extended family of inlaws, nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St., Dover, where a gathering will be one hour earlier. Entombment will follow in the columbarium in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Meals on Wheels, Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave, Dover, DE 19904 or Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901.
