DOVER - Jane Tillotson passed away Fri., Feb. 27th, 2015 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She will be remembered for her incredible sense of humor, extraordinary love of animals and great sense of caring. Jane was born in San Francisco and at a young age lived in French Morocco where she learned to speak French before she spoke English. Jane's family moved back to the states when she was five. She spent the majority of her life in New York City where she worked for Standard & Poor's as an Executive Assistant for 25 years. For the past 17 years she has lived in Dover and worked for Catholic Charities during that time. She will be dearly missed by her sister, Evelyn Blackman; as well as her niece, Kimberly LaScala Detore; and nephew, Scott LaScala; and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the ASPCA or your charity of choice. Per her wishes, there will be no services. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
