WILMINGTON - Jane S. (Baczewski) Woznicki, 96, formerly of Wilmington, died peacefully, surrounded by her devoted family on October 19, 2009. Mrs. Woznicki loved to spend time with her family. She was an avid bowler, bridge player, and she enjoyed reading. Her quick wit and her infectious smile touched everyone around her. Mrs. Woznicki will be greatly missed by her family. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Eugene J. and LaRa of Dallas, Texas; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara A. and Mark A. McNulty of Dover; an older sister, Eugenia Kuklinsky of Jersey City, N.J.; seven grandchildren, Kim Iwanski, Lori Welch, Lori Woznicki, Robert Kangun, Christine Meenan, Ginger Woznicki, and Joanne Capozzi; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Eugene L. Woznicki in 2002. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, Dover. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 23, at Holy Cross Church, Dover. Interment will be in St. Joseph on the Brandywine Cemetery. Condolences may be sent and Guest Book signed via www.ambruso.com.
