James Roy Egerson Jr.

DENTON, Md. - James Roy Egerson Jr., 60, of Denton, departed this life suddenly on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010. Born in Queen Anne, he was the son of the late James R. Egerson, Sr. and Mary L. Egerson. James was married to Sylvia M. Sampson. He is survived by one step-daughter; three step-grandchildren; three brothers; five sisters; four brothers-in- law; six sisters-in-law; a devoted Aunt and Uncle; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, noon at St. Luke UM Church, 712 Bradley Ave., Cambridge, with a viewing Friday evening 6-8 p.m. at the church and two hours prior to the services on Saturday. Interment will be on Monday, Sept. 20, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery, Hurlock. Condolences sent to www.henryfuneralhomepa.com.
