MIDDLETOWN - James J. "Jim" Miller, 59, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, due to complications from a sudden illness. Jim was a member of the Delmarva Sportsman Association and the Single Action Shooting Society, where he went by the name of Delaware Jim. He is survived by his wife, Emma Lou Simpler; father and mother, Richard and Patricia; two sons, Aaron and his wife, Erin and their daughter, Adelle and Michael and his daughter, Beth. Memorial services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 4, at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, 406 Main Street, Odessa, where family and friends may visit Tuesday evening, Aug. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. www.daniels-hutchison.com
