MAGNOLIA - After a long and courageous battle with cancer, James G. Thompson, Sr., passed away on Mar. 9, 2015, surrounded by his family. James is survived by his loving wife, Alice; nine children; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one on the way; three siblings; and an extended family. A Memorial Service will take place at 4:00 pm on Thurs., Mar. 12, 2015 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue Wyoming, Delaware 19934. Friends may gather two hours prior.
