MILLINGTON, Md. - James Dale Reece of Millington, Md. left us on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at his home. He was 39. James "Jim" Dale Reece was born March 26, 1977 in Dover, Del. the son of Dale Reece and Nancy "Clendaniel" Reece. Jim was a 1995 graduate of Queen Anne's County High School. Soon after graduation he became a Master Plumber and went to work for R L Vansant before eventually going into business with his brothers at H & R Underground. Jim was a very easy going guy that loved to make people laugh. He loved playing music with his family and friends, socializing, fishing, and traveling. He especially enjoyed spending time and playing with his nieces and nephews. He was a talented charismatic man who will be missed by the many people who loved him. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Reece, John Clendaniel, and Gerald Foster; his uncles, Ronald Reece, Bruce (Caesar) Reece, and John Clendaniel; also his cousin, Barry Reece. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Reece; his father, Dale Reece and his wife, Jane; two brothers, Jacob Reece and girlfriend Allison Ziegler, Daniel Reece and his wife, Kristina; one sister, Anjeannette Crumrine; stepsiblings, Jason, Amanda, and Kathy Collins; three grandmothers, Dorothy Foster, Faye Kemp, Rebecca Clendaniel; his nieces and nephews, Shane, Ciara, Frankie, Nevaeh, Elijah, Delilah and Carter; as well as his great nieces and nephews, Jordan, Emma and Winter. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Fellows Family Funeral Home, 370 Cypress St., Millington, Md. Services will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 at 11 a.m at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Sudlersville Cemetery in Sudlersville, Md. In lieu of flowers the family is creating a musical scholarship in Jims name contributions can be sent to Nancy Reece at 120 Reece Lane, Millington, MD 21651.
