MIDDLETOWN - James Culmer "Jim" Ginn III, 86, lifelong resident of Middletown, passed away Feb. 13, 2011. He is survived by two sons, David C. Ginn and his wife, Karen and Wayne J. Ginn and his companion, Jane; a grandson, five great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 17, at the Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, where friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
