DOVER - James Allen Watts went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011. He was born on March 30, 1938, to the late Allen Watts, Sr. and Ruth McDonald Watts in Mobile, Ala. James is leaves behind his caring wife, Sandra Watts; his children, Sherman Watts, Jackie Watts, Debra Christopher, Kathy Kimbrough, and Kevin Kimbrough. Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 15, at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, 300 North Street, Milford, with a viewing starting at 11 a.m. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will take place on Monday, Oct. 17, at the DelVets Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, at 1 p.m. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
