HARRINGTON - James Albert Marshall passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
Mr. Marshall was born and raised in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania on November 4, 1942, to the late Delbert Marshall and Martha Elizabeth 'Weaver'.
Immediately following high school, he joined the United States Air Force where he served 22 years until he retired. Mr. Marshall then went on to serve in the Civil Service as a house inspector for the Civil Engineering Department. He was an active member of the NRA and enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Mr. Marshall was a big sports fan, specifically the Miami Dolphins, LA Dodgers, and NASCARs #24 Jeff Gordon.
Mr. Marshall is survived by his children, James Marshall and his wife Loretta of Morgan, Minnesota, Tammy Neu and husband Joe of Titusville, Florida, Scott Marshall and wife Kim of Crestview, Florida, Josh Marshall and wife Cheri of Magnolia, Delaware, Jamie Vockel and husband Stephen of Felton, Delaware; fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt. 10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Services will be live streamed on Torbert Funeral Chapel's Facebook,
