
CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Jacob Thomas Pratt of Chestertown, Md., passed away at his home on Friday Nov. 3, 2017.
Born on Oct. 25, 2003, in Dothan, Ala., Jacob was the son of Shelley Herman Heller and his step-father Peter Heller Jr. of Chestertown, Md., and his father Thomas Pratt and step-mother Caroline Nichols Pratt from Wiesbaden, Germany. Jacob attended Immaculate Conception School in Elkton, Md. His hobbies included, hunting, fishing and building, flying his drones and spending time with all of his many friends.
In addition to his parents, Jacob is also survived by his brother, James H. Pratt of Chestertown, Md.; his sister, Madison Pratt of Wiesbaden, Germany; grandparents, James and Sheila Herman of Betterton, Md., Jay and Bonnie Pratt of Millington, Md., Sally Nichols of Dover and Peter Heller and his partner Martha Rasin of Chestertown, Md. and Helen Morrison of California; great-grandmother, Mary Herman of Betterton, Md.; aunts, Jody Nicholson of Betterton, Md. and her former husband, John Nicholson, Sonja Warner and her husband Harris of Salisbury, Md.; and uncles, Jay Fletcher Pratt, III of Bridgeville, Rob Pratt of Millington, Md., and Bill Pratt of Kenton.
Friends and family called Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fellows Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, 130 Speer Road, in Chestertown where a second visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017 from 10 to 11 a.m. and a Celebration of Jacob's Life will begin at 11 a.m.
