Jack Goins, "the music man" and past superintendent of Cape Henlopen State Park, passed away on Feb. 8, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Hunter; his children, Elizabeth Goins (Adam Herdzik), Sarah Frost (Robert Mandes) and Clinton Goins; his grandchildren, Calvin, Maximilian and Lilly Mandes; also, his older sister, Barbara Long and her children. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Mar. 3, 2017, at St. George's Chapel, 20274 Beaver Dam Road (Rt 23), Harbeson, DE 19951.
