Howard Hartsuff

Howard Hartsuff, 50 MILTON - Howard Hartsuff, of Milton, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010, at home. He was 50. Mr. Hartsuff was born on July 6, 1960, in Rochester, Pa. He was a plumber, and an avid Harley Motorcycle Rider. His father, George B. Hartsuff, his stepfather, Mickey DeLong, brother, Gregory Hartsuff and nephew, Donald Swain, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Patricia Rowan Hartsuff; mother, Martha DeLong of Hebron, Md.; four children, Stacy O'Rear and her husband Shawn of Minden, La., Shannon Ulrich and her husband Christopher of Harrington, Jamie Hopkins and her husband Keith of Seaford, and Jason O'Connor and his friend Andrea, both of Milton; 11 grandchildren, Sarah, Sadie, Katarina, Christopher, Lars, Liam, Kahleel, Kahlim, Alyssa, Rhiannon, and Colin; two sisters, Darlene Sholley and her husband Gary of Hebron, and Marlene Sholley and her husband Glenn of Lincoln; two step-brothers, Gregory Delong of Houston, Texas, Michael DeLong of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; and one step sister, Denise DeLong of Englewood, Fla.; nephews, Cory Short and his wife Misty of Lake City, Fla., and Michael Butler of Tacoma Wash.; and a niece, Susan Kemper and her husband Alan of Seaford. A memorial service will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call from 5 to 6 p.m. Burial will be private.
