Howard Eugene Boyer, 50
MAGNOLIA - Howard Eugene Boyer of Magnolia was born Aug. 3, 1956, and died Saturday, March 10, 2007, in his residence. He was 50.
Howard attended the Kent County (Md.) Public Schools.
He enjoyed fishing, bowling, riding his bike around town and most of all, being around family and friends and having a good time.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Boyer; two sisters, Wanda Boyer-Miles and Mitzie Boyer; and an aunt, Mildred Downs.
He is survived by a longtime dear friend, Kathleen Murray of Smyrna; two daughters, Cameika Boyer of Smyrna and Shaneika Boyer of Anchorage, Alaska; his mother, Gladys Boyer of Magnolia; a granddaughter, Mykiah Driggus; a close friend of the family, Jerome Driggus of Smyrna; two sisters, Joyce Johnson of Magnolia and Cathleen Boyer of Newark; one brother, Thomas Boyer of Newark; two brothers-in-law, Michael Johnson of Magnolia and Michael Miles of Chestertown, Md.; an aunt, Frances Barrett of Dover; seven nieces; five nephews; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, at 1 p.m., in the Centennial United Methodist Church, 44 E. Mount Vernon St., Smyrna, where friends may call two hours prior to the service.
Burial will be in Graves Chapel Cemetery, Millington, Md.
