Holger H. 'Rusty' Harvey ODESSA, DE - Holger H. "Rusty" Harvey, 69, of Odessa, Del., passed away Monday, May 31, 2010. Rusty began his career with Delaware Wild Lands in 1967 and became executive director in 1978. He was an accomplished decoy carver, hunter and outdoorsman. Rusty is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kathleen H. Harvey; two sons, William Russell Harvey and his wife, Jill of Va., and Robert Wayne Harvey and his wife, Sandra of Va.; a daughter, Alice Browning Harvey of Odessa; a sister, Sally Lane Harvey; four brothers, Edmund H. Harvey, Jr, William Andre Harvey, LeRoy Harvey and Bruce Ford Harvey; and six grandchildren, Tanner, Blake, Jaylin, Johanna, Connor and Brendan. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9 at Old Drawyers Church, 2839 DuPont Parkway, near Odessa, Del. www.daniels-hutchison.com In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Wild Lands, P.
