OCEAN CITY, Md. - Herman J. Baker, age 78, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, at Atlantic General Hospital. Herman was born on Aug. 21, 1933, in Eastville, Va., to the late Daniel and Catherine Baker. Herman is survived by two sisters, Rosalee Miller, and Mary Helen Fasset; three brothers, Jerome Baker, Robert Baker and his wife Ruby, and Norman Baker; a brother-in-law, Clarence Hall; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A Funeral Service will be noon, Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington Street, where friends may call one hour prior.
