Dulin, 61 WYOMING - Herbert Franklin Dulin, of Wyoming, died Saturday, November 8, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family. He was 61. Mr. Dulin was born in Dover to the late James G. Dulin and Louise Thorpe Dulin on November 28, 1952. He worked for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority as an operations analysis for over 25 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing poker, but his biggest joy come from being with his grandchildren. He'll be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandparent. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Dulin. Mr. Dulin is survived by his wife of 37 years, Barbara Benson Dulin; his son, Dave Benson and his wife Natalie of Bumpass, Va.; his daughter, Keely Cavey and her husband Mike of Smyrna; his brothers, Jim Dulin of Magnolia and Ed Dulin and his wife Ann of Dover. Also surviving are, five grandchildren, Jackson, Carlie, Rilynn, Kelsie, and Madison; two nephews, Eddie Dulin of Arizona and Tony Dulin; and one niece, Nikki. Herbs Family will be holding a visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, November 14, 2014 in their home, 211 Caesar Rodney Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Vitas Hospice, 100 Commerce Drive, #302, Newark, DE 19713.
