WILMINGTON - Helen May Weyl passed away Aug. 11, 2017 at home.
Mrs. Weyl was born Aug. 15, 1935 in North Star, N.J. to the late Carlton Croco and Unice Caruthers Croco. She graduated with honors from Golden Beacon College.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed typing, cardinals, acting, performing and having tea and donuts but especially spending time with her family. Mrs. Weyl was very independent, always on the go. She will be remembered for being sweet and kind to everyone and strong minded.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Weyl; siblings, Robert Croco, Margaret Ciccarelli.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet Kope (Paul) of Camden and Amy Denise Mabry (Phil) of Hurst, Texas; grandchildren, Rafina, Philip, Cody and Rachel.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017 at House of Praise for All People, 10280 Shawnee Road, Greenwood, DE 19950. Friends may call one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Easter Seals, 100 Enterprise Pl., Suite One, Dover, DE 19904.
