Harold Claude Tribble

DOVER - Harold Claude Tribble passed away Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 in his home. Harold was born on June 23, 1963 in Dover. He was the Vice President/Collections Manager at Outten Brothers Furniture in Dover until they closed in 2006. Harold had a passion for flying & helicopters. He was an Independent Aviation and Aerospace Professional and was a Certified Flight Instructor for single and multi-engine airplanes, instrument rated airplanes, and rotorcraft helicopters. He also enjoyed collecting antique guns and riding his Harley. Harold is preceded in death by his father, Billy Tribble, of Dover; his grandparents, Harold and Velora Tribble of Mississippi; and his grandfather, Claude Outten of Dover. Harold is survived by his mother, Claudette Bowen; and step-father, David Bowen, of Dover; grandmother, Grace Outten, of Dover; longtime companion, Nancy Hunter, of Dover; brother, William Tribble, of Dover; two sisters, Valoree Stulir of Felton, and Desiree Spurlock of Port Orange, Fla.; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and one great-nephew. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, where visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the American Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice.
