'Ginny' 84 MILLINGTON, Md. - H. Virginia Hollett, "Ginny" 84 of Millington, Md., passed away on November 27, 2014, at home surrounded by her loving family. Ginny was born on February 3, 1930 in Massey, Md., daughter of the late John and Mary Eva O'Neal Edwards. She was a homemaker, raising her family on the Red Graves Farm until moving to Millington in 1972. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Charles 'Buck' Hollett, Sr. in 2000; a daughter, Connie Dadds; two brothers, John 'Jackie' Edwards and C. Joseph Edwards; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Mazcko. She is survived by three children, Sandy Turner of Millington, Charles L. Hollett, Jr. (Judy) of Galena and Sharon 'Sherri' Hunter (T.J.) of Centreville; a son-in-law, Jack Dadds of Galena; three sisters, Eva Mae Wiest of Millington, Carolyn T. Coleman of Massey and Dorothy Chance (William) of Millington; a brother, James Edwards (Gloria) of Kenton, Del.; seven grandchildren, Laurie Ann Kelley, William T. Turner, Paula L. Turner, Troy Hollett, Shannon Black, Courtney Moore and Jennifer Moore; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A viewing will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, December 1, 2014 in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 West Cross St. Galena, Md., where funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Burial in Asbury Cemetery, Millington, Md. www.galenafuneralhomeofsls.com
