MILFORD - Greg Connor Baer, of Milford, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. He was 59. Greg was born in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Alberta Ingram Baer of Willingboro, N.J., and the late James Baer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines. Greg was a self-employed telecommunications tech for 30 years. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post #160 in Glen Burnie, Md., and American Legion Post #0007 in Harrington. He enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He enjoyed going to the tractor shows each year at the Fair and loved taking care of his lawn with the tractor. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 29 years, Donna Baer; five children, Gregory Lee Baer and his wife Ashley of Magnolia, Bradley Baer and his wife Marissa of Arizona, Curtis Baer of Harrington, Theresa Baer of Milford and Zachary Baer of Milford; two brothers, James and Rudy Baer of New Jersey; and two grandchildren, Juliana Baer and Khloe Baer. Funeral Services will be held Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro.
