Graham Winston 'Rose Bud' Howard, 88

SEAFORD - Graham Winston "Rose Bud" Howard of Seaford died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2006, in Genesis Elder Care-Seaford Center. He was 88.

Mr. Howard was a World War II veteran serving with the U.S. Army in the South Pacific.

He retired from General Foods in Dover.

Mr. Howard was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Seaford and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie (Price) Howard in 2004; and a son, Steven G. Howard.

He is survived by a son, Richard D. Howard of Wilmington.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Front Street.

Burial will be in the church's cemetery.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 202 North St., Seaford, DE 19973.

Arrangements by the Cranston Funeral Home, Seaford.
