DOVER - Gloria V. Brockington, of Dover, passed away on Aug. 29, 2010, at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Born on Oct. 29, 1942, she was the daughter of the late James Lockerman and Vivian (Key) Blackmon. She was 67. Funeral services will be noon, Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, at Whatcoat U.M. Church, 341 Saulsbury Road, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Sharon Hills Cemetery, Dover. www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com
