ELLENDALE - Gloria M. Workman passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus in Milford. Gloria was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Lee and Hazel (Voss) Gillespie.
Gloria was a nutrition specialist for the Milford School District working at Lulu Ross and Morris Schools.
She was a member of the Ellendale Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed shopping and camping.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Beverly Workman; and grandson, Eric Armstrong.
She is survived by her three children, Timmy Workman (Amber), Kathy Armstong (Kenny) and Michael Workman (Kim); grandchildren, T.J. Rossi, Cody Workman, Haylee Workman, Amber Bostwick (Chris), Andrew Syester (Callie), Boo Armstrong and Ashley Workman; great grandchildren, Cash, Timia, Dakoda and Grace.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 5, 2021 at 12 noon in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
Flowers accepted or donations may be made to: Ellendale Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary, 302 Main Street, Ellendale, DE 19941.
