FEDERALSBURG, Md. - Gladys Viola Jackson of Federalsburg passed away, after a short illness, Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, in Memorial Hospital at Easton. She was 67.
Miss Jackson was born Feb. 26, 1939, in Caroline County, daughter of the late Milton Earl Jackson and Margie Marie Beulah Jackson.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James Jackson; and two sisters, Mildred Brummell and Ida Hammond.
She is survived by two sisters, Margaret Stanley of Trappe and Shirley Dixon of Federalsburg; a brother, Thomas Jackson of Seaford, Del.; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be noon Tuesday in Park Lane Church of God, Federalsburg, where friends may call two hours earlier. The Rev. Jeff Butler and Bishop Ray Parsons will officiate.
Burial will be in Federal Hill Cemetery, Federalsburg.
