Gladys Faye Lee, 89

SEAFORD - Gladys Faye Lee of Seaford, passed away in her home Monday, Sept. 22, 2008. She was 89. She was born in Borden, Ind. a daughter of the late Zachiara and Ella Jackson. Mrs. Lee had worked as a cashier at various retail jobs including JC Penny, Sears and Ames. She loved to cook beef and dumplings, specialty pies and cobblers. She will be remembered by her family as a loving grandmother and mother. She is survived by her daughter, Doris Banks of Seaford; her sons, Everett Lee of South Carolina, Ralph D. Lee of Alabama; her nieces and nephews Homer and Irving Jackson, Ada Jean Snead and Charlotte and Ann; along with numerous other nieces and nephews. Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive her. All services will be held at the convince of her family. Arrangements by Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home Laurel.
