LEWES - Gary Gray Mason, 72, of Lewes, died Monday, June 1, 2015 at the home of his sister in Downingtown, Pa. He was the husband of Cathy Stallard Mason with whom he shared 25 years of marriage. Born in McKeesport, Pa., he was the son of the late Robert C. and Kathryn Brosius Mason. Gary served in the United States Marine Corps from 1960 to 1966. He retired as a district manager for Jamesway Corp. after 29-1/2 years of service. Gary enjoyed boating, fishing and hunting and was a member of the Gue Hunting Club. Additionally, he was a member of Williamson Lodge #309 F. & A.M. Surviving him in addition to his wife, Cathy; is a daughter, Heather Olseski, wife of Joseph; two sons, Gary Heath Mason, husband of Brenda and Christopher Robinson; a sister, Judith Mason; and four grandchildren, Jaquelynn and Kimberly Olseski and Scott and Cody Mason. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Laine Mason. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Freedom Life Christian Center, 447 Noble Road, Christiana, PA 17509. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. Interment will be private.
