Gary Dale Hastings

SEAFORD - Gary Dale Hastings, Sr. passed away on Oct. 10, 2018 at Life Care at Lofland Park in Seaford.
He was born July 2, 1938 in Wilmington to the late Harry and Cathryn Bowden Hastings. He grew up in the Greenwood area.
He was an avid Detroit Tiger fan.
Gary loved his family and would always try to stay inform with all of them.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by a son, Gary Dale Hastings, Jr. of Bridgeville; three grandchildren, Sterlin, Lane, and Jordan; four step-children; and two sisters, Carol Hastings of Seaford, and Jean Parker of Georgetown.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
