OCEAN VIEW - Gail Stuart Kersey, of Ocean View, passed away at home on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012. She is survived by her father, Charles Ronald Stuart Sr.; daughter, Jill Randolph Bathon and husband William; her step-father, Charles Thorns; two brothers, Charles Ronald Stuart Jr. and wife Carol, and Robert A. Stuart and his wife Celine; special friends, among them Barbara and Ted Elser, Pam Savage and Marjorie Lane; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was recently preceded by her beloved canine friend, Lucy, the beagle. A Memorial Service and Celebration of her Life will be 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at the Dagsboro Church of Christ, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
