HOUSTON - Gail Kemp died on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013 at Delaware Hospice Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Giesen, Germany, the daughter of Jesse and Margaret Nicholls. Prior to retirement, she and her late husband Carl (Timmy) Kemp owned and operated Kemp's Package Store in Milton. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Timmy" Kemp; brother, Ronnie Nicholls; and sister, Brenda Moore. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Nicholls of Dover; five children, Audrey Eason and her husband Fred, of Magnolia, Brett England of Livonia, Mich., Billy England of Felton, Yvonne Owen and husband Kevin, of Pittsgrove Township, N.J. and Jenny Hemple and husband David, of Elmer, N.J.; grandchildren, Brittany Anderson and her fiancé' Brandon, of Long Neck, Logan Anderson, Kara England, Lindsey England, Kaityln Owen, Kyle Owen, Jordan Hemple, Tim Hemple and Hannah Hemple; sisters, Barbara Wininger and her husband Joe, of Viola and Terri Harrington and her husband Butch, of Felton; and her nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
