Service of Celebration will be held 12 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE. A Public Viewing will be held 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. with formal home going service to follow. The wearing of a mask is required while inside. Interment will be private.
