Franklin D. Slater FARMINGTON - Franklin D. Slater, of Farmington, God decided to take Frank into his loving arms on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009. His family who met him in Heaven were his son Buddy, all of his brothers and sisters, and his parents. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret; two daughters, Marie and Eloise; and a son Chuck; grandchildren, Michael Harley and fiancé Beth, Brandi, Jessie and Cliff, Jehni, Chyna, Lori, Kelly, Samantha, and Lisa; great grandchildren, Emily, Michaela, Davin, Bo, Seany, Zach, Gage, Cheyenne, Savannah, Amber, and Matt; step-grandchildren and a load of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 20, at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 West Market Street, Greenwood, viewing will be one hour prior. Interment will be held at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be sent to Fleischauer Funeral Home, POB 502, Greenwood, DE 19950, to ease the burden at this difficult time.
