HOUSTON, Texas - Frank Giampietro, died on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, in Houston. He was 92. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Camden, Del., where he was senior warden, Sunday school superintendent and loved working with children. For the past 25 years, he was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Dover, Del. He was an active member of the Shawnee Dance Club and the Dover Dance club since its inception. Mr. Giampietro enjoyed his association with the many customers at Boulevard Electric in Dover, Del., for 50 years. This closed in 2002 when he moved to Houston, Texas, in Aug. of 2007. In that same year he became an active member at St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas. Mr. Giampietro is survived wife, Ruth Giampietro; daughters, Sheila and husband Bob Carlisle and Mary Rahmes; sons, Don and wife Gwenn Rahmes and Frank and wife Cherie Giampietro; grandchildren, Morgan Carlisle, Devon Carlisle, Will and Mandi Rahmes, Katy Johnson, Dominic and Daphne Giampietro; great-grandchildren, Riley Johnson and Isaac Rahmes; sisters, Dorothy DiNardo and Jeanne Mega; and several nieces and nephews A memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 27, in the Community Center at the Hallmark, 4718 Hallmark Drive with The Rev.
