Frank A. Lare

GEORGETOWN - Frank A. Lare passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017 at his home. He was born March 17, 1969 in Salisbury, Md., a son to Harry and N. Patricia Lare, also of Georgetown. Frank prided himself as an ironworker all his adult life, his work taking him all over the country. He helped to build schools, bridges, tunnels and skyscrapers. He was a very loving and caring father, son and brother who enjoyed spending time with his daughter, family and friends. Besides his parents, he was survived by a daughter, Shelby Lare and her mother, Elaine, of Elkton, Md.; one brother, Mike Lare, of Georgetown; three sisters, Debray and her husband, Dale Crew, of Ellendale, Corinna Ruggiero, of Georgetown, and Lillian Frey, of Milford. Frank was also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Funeral services will be held of Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 West Market Street, Greenwood, DE 19950. The viewing will be held from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Interment will be held at Bloomery Cemetery, Federalsburg, Md. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help defray funeral cost to Fleischauer Funeral Home, PO Box 502, Greenwood, DE 19950 .
