Francis E. Reed, 55

WILMINGTON - Francis E. Reed of Wilmington, formerly of Dover, departed this life Friday, Feb. 27, 2007, in St. Francis Hospital, Wilmington. He was 55.

He was born July 6, 1951, to Mildred Williams and the late Charles Woodward.

He enjoyed fishing, cooking, cleaning, bowling and playing cards.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Williams of Dover; two sons, Robert Reed and Ben Reed, both of Camden; his loving and devoted companion, Patricia A. Green and her children, Samantha Yates and Terance McPherson, both of Wilmington; three sisters, Sophie, Helen and Mary; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, where friends may view one hour prior.

Burial will be private.
