MIDDLETOWN - Frances V. Rhoades passed away on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012. She was married to J. Clifford Rhoades, who passed away in 1975. Frances is survived by a son, James (Dolores) Rhoades; and a daughter, Charlotte R. Biliski; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services were private.
