Frances Mary Voshell Sampson

Frances Mary Voshell Sampson, 56 LONG NECK - Frances Mary Voshell Sampson of Long Neck, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at home. She was 56. Mrs. Sampson was born Sept. 25, 1953, in Dover. She was raised by her mother Sadie Voshell in Clayton, with her siblings George, Phillip and Mary Ellen. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Mrs. Sampson is survived by two sons, Joseph Brown and his wife Lisa of Bowers Beach, and Robert Brown and his wife Tanya of Camden; stepchildren, Robert John, and Rhonda Sampson; grandchildren, Chelsea, Ravyn, Griffin, Justin Dale, Brittany, Danielle, Charlie, Cory, Justin and Nolan; and great-grandchildren, Madelynn, Maddox, and Mason. Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray the funeral cost. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
