BRIDGEVILLE - Frances Ann Tallent Webb, died Friday, October 23, 2009, in Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. She was 68. Born in Onley, Va., the daughter of the late Myrtle Sanford and Ned Tallent, she was a homemaker and a retired owner of a Tastee Freez Franchise. She was a member of the Seaford Women of the Moose Chapter 1384. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Tallent and Junior Tallent. She is survived by her husband Francis W. Webb; two sons, Randy W. Webb and wife Beverly of Bridgeville, and Ricky L. Webb and wife Chris of Milford; two daughters, Barbara A. Webb of Laurel, and Bonnie L. Jefferson of New Castle; three brothers, Roger Tallent of Bridgeville, Steve Tallent of Greenwood, and Roland Tallent of Lincoln; three sisters, Betty Vannicola of Bridgeville, Sandy Jones of Greenwood, and Faye Justice of Bridgeville; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2009, at Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Front and King Streets, Seaford, where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to services. Entombment will be in St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
